Western Australia - feast your peepers
Rather than wittering on about going up the western side of Australia, here is a kind of visual diary. I will say that WA is bloody remote. The Badger would hate it as it's HUGE. I have never before seen a sign saying 175km to a destination and thought, 'Blimey, we're almost there'. Shark Bay - 13 Feb, 2007
Coral Bay - 14-20 Feb, 2007
Assorted snaps of Western Australiana - 20 Feb, 2007
Actually, I have no objection to hugeness, the word 'huge' is simply one that I cannot utter in anything than a Suffolk accent (i.e. 'hooodge!'), which is of course not a bad thing in itself, though it has sometimes and rather curiously resulted in me being mistaken for an Aussie.
Anyway, great snaps; it all looks rather wonderful from the gloom of my office, you lucky basket. BTW, much Harvey's was consumed and much nonsense talked at the welcoming ceremony for your new tenant (and fond farewell to your previous one)in the Oak last night.

All change at The Bunker once again. Poor Old Bill will be even more confused than he normally is.
Oh, for a pint of Harvey's!
I.P.A...nthony
Seem to be having probs displaying images again. Hope it's temporary as can't be arsed to upload them again...and they were pretty cool.
